KWESST signs formal Teaming Agreement with ManTech International Corporation

December 4, 2019

KWESST today announced that it has concluded a formal Teaming Agreement with ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ: MANT) to pursue opportunities in the Networked Soldier Systems market.

ManTech holds various contracting vehicles with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) totalling over $20B USD for technical support to U.S. forces.

ManTech also maintains an internal R&D budget which it can engage with KWESST through the Teaming Agreement to pursue projects of mutual interest in the Networked Soldier System field, taking advantage of ManTech’s capabilities in mobile computing and cloud technology and capitalizing on KWESST’s TASCS system for networking soldiers and their assets for tactical situational awareness and control.

A first project focus under the Teaming Agreement is the adaptation of KWESSTS TASCS IFM application for indirect fire platforms such as grenade launchers and mortars to a heads-up display.
