KWESST signs LOI to acquire electronic decoy technology

KWESST today announced that it has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire the patent-pending electronic decoy technology of SageGuild of Stafford Virginia.

The technology is an electromagnetic decoy designed to mimic the electronic emissions of a military unit to deceive and confuse opposing Electronic Warfare operators.
